I’m Dan Wise.
Allegiance Home Improvement. I work out of Lakewood. Solo now. Looking for smaller projects.
I graduated college in 1992. I got my Colorado real estate license in 1994. I have lived in Littleton and Lakewood since 1993.
I have 30 plus years experience in carpentry, framing, drywall, painting, general maintenance, roofing, decks, fences, landscaping. I have 25 plus years experience in remodeling: electrical, plumbing, HVAC, gas, windows, doors, complete kitchen and bath remodeling, interior and exterior house painting, flooring, tiling, wall removal, hot water heaters. Basically everything for a residential home.
I was operations manager of a large painting and remodeling company for many years, managing and overseeing 8–9 painting crews and 3–4 remodeling crews at the same time. That is past work. I am solo now.
I’m currently looking for smaller projects — projects less than 2–3 weeks. No job too small.
This is a home-based business. I keep overhead low so I can offer competitive pricing.
